Structures Ganger

We are currently recruiting for a Structures Ganger to join one of the largest Infrastructure projects in the UK, spanning over the next 5-7 years. Long-term work is available for the right candidates with the correct cards and tickets who want a stable job and income for the foreseeable future. PAYE basis On Offer: Competitive rates available Lodge allowance available for eligible candidates Pension scheme Training and upskilling provided Safe working environment Secure, regular income Overtime may be available: Saturday's and Sunday's at x1.5 Candidates must have: CSCS Card SMSTS or SSSTS Previous experience working as a Structures Ganger on major civils/infrastructure projects Experience supervising gangs on reinforced concrete and structural works Ability to read and work from drawings Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures on site Good communication and leadership skills Ability to coordinate labour, plant and materials effectively Experience working alongside engineers, supervisors and site management Reliable and proactive attitude towards work About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing gangs carrying out structural and reinforced concrete works across a major infrastructure project. Duties will include coordinating daily activities, ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently, maintaining quality standards and liaising with site management teams to ensure programme targets are achieved. You will play a key role in maintaining productivity, enforcing site safety standards and supporting the successful delivery of works across the project.
