About the role
CSG Talent is recruiting a Head of Design - Modular Buildings for Midlands projects. You will act as Principal Designer under the Building Safety Act for modular construction, coordinating design activities to manage safety risks and ensure compliance across off-site manufacture and on-site installation.
Applicants should have proven technical expertise in Modular Buildings, Timber Frame, Steel Framed Buildings or Bathroom Pods, or strong experience in Main Contracting.
