The Role As a Fluent Dutch & English Lead Qualifier, your duties may include: Calling inbound and warm leads Speaking with business decision-makers in Dutch and English Asking structured questions to qualify customer interest and requirements Building rapport and creating a positive first impression Accurately logging call outcomes and customer information Passing qualified opportunities to the wider team Managing workloads independently in a remote environment Key Skills and Experience We are looking for candidates who are: Fluent in both Dutch and English
- mandatory Confident and professional on the phone Able to communicate naturally without relying on scripts Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely Organised with good attention to detail Able to think quickly and adapt conversations when needed Previous experience in sales, lead generation, telesales, customer service, account management or business development would be beneficial but is not essential.
