We are looking for a Hospitality Operations Manager to lead the day‑to‑day hospitality operation across Penicuik Estate, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience from arrival to departure.

A boots‑on‑the‑ground leader accountable for the whole guest, property and event experience across the estate, holding presentation and service to luxury exclusive‑use standards while protecting margin and the quality of the offer.

This is a hands‑on operational leadership role, not an administrative one. You'll lead the entire hospitality operation, ensuring every property is beautifully presented before arrival, every event is delivered seamlessly, the team is supported and developed, and every guest experience reflects the estate's warm, understated and high‑end character. Working closely with colleagues and external partners, you'll continually look for opportunities to improve quality, efficiency and value while maintaining the exceptional standards Penicuik Estate is known for.

The role is full‑time with a competitive salary, dependent on experience.
