About the role

Customer Service Representative This is a lovely temp-to-perm opportunity for an experienced CSR to join a friendly team and deliver a first class service to the firm's customers. The Role Day to day you will be: * Responding to queries on the telephone and via email * Building relationships with customers * Supporting the sales team, upselling products where appropriate * Working as part of a friendly team * Maintaining compliance and necessary data * Liaising with internal and external colleagues * Performing ad-hoc duties as required You will need: * Experience in providing first class customer service * Ideally telephone based experience - call centre/contact centre or inbound/outbound calls * First rate communication skills, able to build rapport with customers * Some experience of handling complaints and resolving issues amicably and successfully * Team player attitude and computer literacy This temporary role is office based five days a week, paying £13 an hour. The intention is very much for the successful temporary hire to prove themselves and transition into a permanent contract.
