Plumbing & Heating Engineer (Gas Safe), New Builds & Renovations

Employed: £40,000–£50,000 | Self-Employed: £230 - £300 per day

Our client, an established plumbing and heating company based in Ashford, is expanding. They’re taking on new build and renovation installation work across Surrey and London and are looking for experienced engineers to join their growing team.

Whether you prefer a permanent role on the books or work self-employed, they’re open to both.

What you’ll be doing

* Full heating and plumbing installations on new build developments and renovation projects

* First and second fix plumbing

* Installing boilers, unvented cylinders, heating systems and gas supplies

* Commissioning, testing and certifying your work

* Working alongside site managers, builders and other trades to keep projects on schedule

What we’re looking for

* At least 5 years’ experience as a plumbing and heating engineer

* Gas Safe registered with current ACS qualifications

* Experience on new build and/or renovation installation work

* Full UK driving licence

* Reliable, tidy and proud of the quality of your work

* Unvented (G3) qualification and CSCS card desirable
