Team Leader – Children’s Residential Home (Solo Provision Location: Darlaston Pay:£14 - £15.50 per hour Shift Pattern: 1 on / 2 off - 40 hours a week We’re recruiting a Team Leader for a brand-new solo children’s home opening in Darlaston. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a specialist provision focused on reunification work, supporting children with SEMH in a therapeutic, family-orientated environment. The service is backed by an integrated clinical team, offering a trauma-informed, relationship-based model of care. As a Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in creating a nurturing, stable environment while supporting the young person’s journey toward reunification or long-term stability.
