Year Group Leader - Student Success & Culture

Coast and Vale Learning Trust is seeking a Head of Year at Samuel Whitbread Academy to lead the year group and ensure superb outcomes for pupils. The role requires strong leadership aligned with the school's mission and a clear commitment to safeguarding.

This position is for 37 hours per week during term time plus an additional 3 weeks. The successful candidate will create a positive learning environment and manage effective behaviour among students.

The salary is based on NJC Scale BBU9, with FTE between £35,412 - £38,220 pro rata.
