Most Serious Injury roles expect you to manage complex cases. Few give you the opportunity to help shape and develop the next generation of lawyers from day one. I'm working with a leading claimant law firm seeking an ambitious Solicitor to join a growing specialist litigation team handling high-value, complex personal injury claims.

This is not a volume caseload role. You'll manage a small number of Multi-Track matters, typically ranging from £200,000 through to multi-million-pound claims, whilst also supervising and supporting junior fee earners within the team.

Whilst the work has an international element, prior travel litigation experience is not required. The team is open-minded and interested in speaking with strong litigators from a range of backgrounds including Serious Injury, Catastrophic Injury, Clinical Negligence, Defendant PI and wider Civil Litigation.

What matters most is your ability to handle complex litigation, build strong client relationships and demonstrate the ambition to progress.
