You will sit at the heart of our Strategic and Major Works department, keeping projects on track, information flowing and stakeholders informed.
From preparing statutory notices to liaising with surveyors, contractors and residents, you will be the connective tissue that holds complex programmes of work together.
This is a role for someone who is highly organised, takes real ownership of their work, and is energised by the challenge of coordinating multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS This is a coordination and communication role at its core.
You will be expected to gather and validate information accurately, maintain meticulous records and ensure that all relevant parties, internal teams, customers and third-party contractors are kept informed at every stage of a project.
You will work closely with Property Managers and the wider Strategic and Major Works team, supporting the monitoring and reporting of leaks, roofing issues and ongoing major works programmes across the business.
You will be comfortable probing for information, asking the right questions and following established processes with consistency and care.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE You'll be successful in this role if: Projects are well coordinated, with accurate records and timely communication throughout Property Managers feel supported and the operational burden on their teams is reduced Customers receive clear, professional and proactive updates before, during and after works Documentation, notices and correspondence are prepared accurately and on time Issues relating to leaks, roofing and asset concerns are logged, tracked and escalated appropriately HOW YOU'LL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME Most weeks, you'll be: Collecting, reviewing and validating information from multiple internal systems Preparing letters, documentation and statutory or legal notices, including Section 20 correspondence Liaising with customers, contractors, surveyors and other stakeholders to support smooth project delivery Supporting the coordination and administration of major works programmes across TPG Monitoring, logging and reporting leaks, roof issues and related strategic concerns Maintaining accurate records and ensuring documentation is stored in line with internal standards Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery You will be based nationwide with regular travel to our Hemel Hempstead head office and regional offices as required.
