Family Paralegal | Focused on your Development | Kenilworth, Warwickshire| £24,000 - £26,000

The Family Department is a close-knit team specialising exclusively in private family law. Acting for clients through some of life's most significant moments, the team advises on divorce, financial remedy proceedings, private children matters, cohabitation disputes and relationship agreements. The Role

• Supporting experienced solicitors on a varied caseload of private family law matters.
• Preparing legal documents, correspondence and court bundles.
• Managing files from instruction through to conclusion.
• Liaising professionally with clients, barristers, courts and third parties.
• Conducting legal research and assisting with case preparation.
• Attending client meetings where appropriate and delivering exceptional client care.
• Taking on increasing responsibility as your knowledge and confidence develop.
• Becoming an integral member of a growing department where your contribution will be recognised and valued.

You

• Previous legal experience, ideally within family law or another client-facing area of law.
• A genuine ambition to build a long-term career in private family law.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
• A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to learn from experienced colleagues.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
