Insurance Technician

Process standard and increasingly non-standard insurance transactions and documentation Manage and prioritise your workload to meet SLAs, deadlines and accuracy standards Check documentation, data and management information for accuracy Identify and resolve routine issues, escalating where needed Carry out quality control checks on other technicians’ work Support and train less experienced members of the team Identify errors, omissions and potential risks and recommend appropriate action Work closely with Technical and Broking teams and build strong internal relationships Get involved in projects, process improvements and data quality initiatives Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a high level of service Helpful extras * Solid background in insurance operations or technical processing * Detail-focused and confident working independently * Strong understanding of the policy lifecycle and London Market * Enjoy supporting colleagues and contributing to a collaborative team Interested?
