Field Sales Attractive Salary + Car or allowance + Commission Incentive Scheme Location: Ideally based local to Dartford. Otis is growing and we are recruiting a Sales Recapture Specialist to cover the south east region of England. The main goal of the role is to achieve sales growth through developing a customer prospect pipeline focusing on winning new maintenance contracts. On a typical day you will: * Develop new customers via cold calling, networking, bids and tenders * Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets * Use Otis’ sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results * Conduct sales negotiations and close deals * Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues What you will need to be successful: * Degree educated, or equivalent to, with experience within a field sales based position. * Experienced with technical sales ideally with experience in tender design and alterations to reflect the customers needs and wants. * Customer focused approach to sales, with experience in working with your customers to build a long standing partnership. * Market mapping, worked with and on various tools to map out your market to ensure you're spending your time talking to the right people. * Target driven, What’s In it For Me: * A competitive commission scheme. * Company Car, laptop and mobile phone. * Great basic to support whilst you get to know the business and customers. * career progression within a global organisation
