Repairs Manager

Repairs Manager Permanent Position Loughton Build Recruitment provides specialist recruitment services, supplying quality candidates on a temporary or permanent basis to leading organisations throughout the built environment - from executive to operative level. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a Repairs Manager based in Chelmsford. Day to Day for Repairs Manager: We're looking for a proven manager with experience leading repairs, maintenance, voids or construction-related services. You'll be an engaging and supportive leader who can build strong relationships, coach and develop teams and confidently manage a fast-paced operational environment. You'll have a recognised trade background, experience managing multi-skilled and multi-disciplinary teams, and a strong understanding of customer-focused service delivery. You'll be commercially aware, highly organised and comfortable working with performance measures, budgets and service improvement initiatives. A recognised Health & Safety qualification such as NEBOSH or IOSH would be advantageous.
