Property Preparation Cleaner

A growing property services provider is seeking experienced Property Preparation Cleaners to assist with residential property handovers.

The role involves cleaning vacant homes after tenants move out, ensuring properties are ready for inspection and new occupants.

Duties include:

• Deep cleaning empty residential properties

• Cleaning kitchens, ovens, and internal surfaces

• Bathroom cleaning, descaling, and mould removal

• Cleaning windows, doors, skirting boards, and flooring

• Preparing properties to hand over

Work Schedule

• Flexible part-time work, with assignments typically lasting 4–8 hours

• Work is primarily available Monday to Friday, with regular weekend opportunities

• Jobs are offered as they become available in your area

• Please note that this is a part-time role and does not guarantee full-time hours

Pay & Benefits

• £15 per hour

• £18 payment per job for the use of your own equipment and cleaning supplies

• Paid travel time where applicable

• Client parking costs covered (except where only street parking is available)

• Minimum 2 years of relevant cleaning experience

• Ability to work independently

• Own cleaning equipment and supplies

• Reliable transport

• Ability to communicate clearly in English
