Recognised as one of the UK's best places to work, the company is seeking an ambitious and commercially focused Senior eCommerce Marketplace Executive to join its award-winning team.
You'll take ownership of the company's presence across Amazon and other online marketplaces, using sales, advertising and customer data to improve visibility, conversion and profitability.

Necessary skills and qualifications
- Relevant experience managing e-commerce marketplaces.
- Experience creating and optimising marketplace product listings
- Knowledge of Amazon Sponsored Products and other paid marketplace campaigns
- Strong understanding of marketplace analytics, reporting dashboards and Google Analytics 4
- Experience analysing sales, advertising, stock and profitability data
- Knowledge of product feeds, catalogue data, SKUs and system integrations
- Understanding of fulfilment models, including Fulfilment by Amazon, merchant fulfilment and third-party logistics
- Ability to translate performance data into clear commercial recommendations
Job responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the company's online marketplace accounts
- Create, update and optimise product titles, descriptions, imagery, keywords and enhanced brand content
- Develop commercial marketplace plans to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor rankings, traffic, conversion rates, sales and competitor activity
- Plan promotions, product launches, seasonal campaigns and commercial events
- Manage Amazon Sponsored Products and other paid marketplace campaigns
- Monitor stock levels, sales forecasts and fulfilment requirements
- Minimise out-of-stock periods and excess inventory
- Monitor customer reviews, feedback, compliance requirements and platform policies
- Produce regular performance reports with commercial insights and recommendations
- Evaluate and support the launch of new marketplaces, territories and product ranges
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and conversion rates
