Support Worker (Temporary Maternity Cover)

Falkirk Champs works with care experienced young people to use their voice to challenge the perceptions and assumptions that limit changes to the care system. We are looking for a CLD Support Worker to help us take forward the work of Falkirk’s dynamic and developing Champions’ Board. Plan and deliver a range of learning and development opportunities that build the confidence and core skills of care experienced young people. Provide support to young people to participate in Falkirk Champs activities Issues affecting young people who are in care or leaving care The care system in Scotland Children’s Rights and Child Protection issues Current policy and practice in relation to children and young people encountering the care system be registered or will work towards registration with the Community Learning and Development Standards Council. This post is temporary until March 2027 due to service requirement.
