About the role
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
We are a busy Domiciliary Care Company with over 100 Carers covering calls in the Wirral and Cheshire areas.
We are looking for an Office Administrator to work 20 hours per week as a job share with our existing Administrator. Hours and days to be discussed on inteview. We can be flexible for the right person.
You will need to be proactive in a fast paced environment, have good customer service skills and a professional telephone manner as you will be dealing with Service Users and their families as well as Carers and the wider team of professionals that manage Care Packages in the area.
This is an exciting role in a dynamic team!
Previous experience in a care environment/office is desireable. You will need to be confident on the phone and able to use your own initiative. A big part of the role is documentation using our digital platform PASS so you will need to have basic I.T. skills to type up reports and records.
You will need a caring and empathetic nature.
