The Role Working within the school's Early Years setting, you will support the class teacher in delivering engaging, play-based learning opportunities that encourage children's academic, social and emotional development. You will provide both whole-class and small group support, helping to create a safe, stimulating and nurturing learning environment where every child can thrive. Requirements Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (essential). Previous experience working within an EYFS setting. A sound understanding of the EYFS Framework. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A caring, enthusiastic and proactive approach. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
