Purpose of the Job - Repairs Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate repairs and maintenance works carried out by operatives and contractors.
Monitor daily workloads and allocate resources effectively to ensure productivity targets and service standards are achieved.
Oversee appointments and job scheduling to ensure works are completed within agreed timescales.
Monitor the progress and quality of repairs, ensuring compliance with company procedures and KPI requirements.
Update and review systems accurately to track job status, performance, and completion.
Provide technical support, guidance, and performance management to operatives while promoting excellent customer service and efficient service delivery.
Liaise with residents, clients, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure a smooth workflow.
Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure repairs are completed to the required standard and any follow-on works are identified promptly
