The role offers exposure to a broad range of accounting and advisory work, alongside the opportunity to mentor junior team members and build long term client relationships.Working closely with senior management, you will be responsible for delivering high quality accounting and compliance services to a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring work is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.Responsibilities include:Preparing and reviewing annual accounts and corporation tax returnsPreparing personal tax returns and VAT returnsSupporting bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial recordsManaging client relationships and acting as a key point of contactResponding to client queries and providing proactive supportAssisting with the development and mentoring of junior colleaguesSupporting new client onboarding and continuous process improvementsWorking collaboratively across wider finance and business support teamsAbout youPrevious experience within an accountancy practice environmentStrong technical xwzovoh accounting knowledge with excellent attention to detailAbility to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise workload effectivelyConfident communicator with excellent client relationship skillsA proactive approach and desire to contribute to a collaborative team cultureThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern and growing organisation that values professional development, teamwork and delivering an exceptional client experience.For further information or a confidential discussion, please get in touch with Emma
