Location: Milton Keynes

Pay rate:

First 12 weeks: £12.71 per hour.

After 12 weeks: £13.66 per hour, up to £26,500 per year

Shift allowance: Approximately £152 per month, payable after 12 weeks.

Quarterly bonus: Up to £600 payable after 12 weeks

Working hours:

Monday to Friday:

Early shift: 5:30am – 1:30pm.

*

Friday early finish: 1:00pm.

*

Afternoon shift: 1:30pm – 8:30pm.

*

Friday early finish: 8:00pm.

Important: Candidates must be flexible and able to work both shift patterns. Flexibility to work weekends for overtime when required is essential.

Breaks:

30-minute unpaid lunch break.

*

Two 15-minute paid tea breaks.

THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing environment in Milton Keynes. You will be working as part of a production team, helping to ensure products are manufactured, processed and prepared to the highest quality standards.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES AS A PRODUCTION OPERATIVE

Operating production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

*

Loading and unloading components into production and coating equipment.

*

Preparing, cleaning and inspecting components before and after processing.

*

Assisting with manufacturing and surface coating processes.

*

Carrying out visual quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.

*

Identifying and reporting damaged or defective components.

*

Packing, labelling and preparing finished products for dispatch.

*

Completing production paperwork and maintaining accurate records.

*

Following health and safety procedures and wearing appropriate PPE.

Must be able to work both early and afternoon shifts.
