Workday Payroll Analyst

Workday Payroll Analyst | Midlands – Hybrid We are recruiting for an experienced Workday Payroll Analyst to join a leading organisation in the Midlands. This is a hands-on Workday Payroll position, responsible for configuration, optimisation and providing Tier 1 & Tier 2 support across the Payroll function. Key Responsibilities * Hands-on Workday Payroll configuration and optimisation * Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 support, troubleshooting and incident resolution * Manage and support Workday Payroll business processes * Investigate and resolve system and payroll-related issues * Work closely with HR, Payroll and People Systems teams * Support continuous improvement and optimisation of the Workday Payroll platform Key Requirements * Strong hands-on Workday Payroll experience * Proven experience with Workday Payroll configuration * Experience providing Tier 1 & Tier 2 support * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Good understanding of Workday Payroll business processes * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills 📍 Location: Midlands 🏢 Working Pattern: Hybrid 2 days on site
