This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys partnering closely with the business, taking ownership of attraction activity and building strong talent pipelines across specialist hires. The role will focus heavily on identifying and engaging high quality talent within niche markets, particularly across senior level appointments. You'll need to be confident approaching passive candidates, selling opportunities effectively and building long term relationships within competitive talent pools.
