Job Title: Engineering Supervisor / Technical Lead Location: South London Contract: Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm Salary: £58,000 The Opportunity We are seeking an accomplished Engineering Supervisor to take operational ownership of hard FM services across a premier, high-footfall campus estate in South London. Key Responsibilities 1. Engineering Governance & Statutory Compliance Technical Compliance Ownership: Guarantee 100% statutory technical compliance across all mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) infrastructure in strict accordance with current HSE legislation, CIBSE guidance, and industry-recognised standards. Safe Systems of Work (SSoW) & AP/CP Regimes: Oversee and audit the contract's Safe Systems of Work, managing or acting within Authorised Person (AP) / Competent Person (CP) appointments across critical site disciplines (including High & Low Voltage Electrical Safety, Complex HVAC & Ventilation, Water Hygiene / Legionella control, and Pressure Systems). Audit & Inspection Readiness: Maintain comprehensive, audit-ready physical and digital logbooks to ensure the estate consistently surpasses internal, client, and external statutory governance audits 2.
