Accounts Payable Reporting Assistant | Leicester | Temp to Perm | Up To £16ph Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional with a passion for reporting and analysis? We're working with a well-known Leicester-based business to recruit an Accounts Payable Reporting Assistant on an initial 12-week temporary contract , with the strong potential to go permanent. This is a fully office-based role and a fantastic opportunity to step into a position where your impact will be immediate and valued. Contract: 12 week Temporary (strong potential for perm) You'll play a key role in supporting the wider finance team by owning GRNI (Goods Received Not Invoiced) reporting , driving payment run analysis , and acting as the bridge between Accounts Payable and Sales Ledger . It's ideal for someone with a strong AP background who enjoys data, reporting, and bringing insight to the numbers. Take ownership of GRNI reporting and analysis Lead on Prompt Payment processing and payment run analysis Act as the liaison between the Accounts Payable and Sales Ledger teams Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process Proven experience in Accounts Payable within a high-volume, fast-paced environment Strong reporting and analytical skills - Excel proficiency is essential Bonus: Exposure to reporting tools or part-qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys digging into data, and can take ownership of reporting processes that make a real difference to finance operations.
