HR Adviser – Professional & Regulated Environment

Cheltenham | £35,000–£42,000 | Hybrid (1 day WFH)

We are delighted to be partnering with a highly respected organisation within professional services, who are seeking an experienced HR Adviser to join their growing team. Working closely with the HR Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support across a regulated, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
• Leading recruitment activity: drafting job descriptions, coordinating interviews, and providing structured feedback
• Supporting managers with employee relations matters including probation reviews, performance management and flexible working requests
• Delivering and coordinating training and development for managers and employees
• Managing the annual appraisal process and ensuring consistency across departments
• Assisting with monthly payroll, ensuring accurate and timely employee data
