HR Advisor: Employee Relations & Onboarding

Island of Jersey is seeking an HR Advisor to deliver high-quality HR advisory support to partners, line managers and staff across designated jurisdictions. You will work with the Relationship Manager to resolve employee relations issues and manage risk, while developing a deep understanding of the practice areas supported.

You will also handle HR reporting and run weekly induction sessions for new joiners, contributing to smooth onboarding and ongoing HR service delivery.
