Sharing our knowledge, expertise and values allows us to innovate and think differently about the energy transition.Here is how you can be a part of that switch:Job DescriptionWe are growing our Human Factors capability and are looking for experienced consultants to deliver HF assessment and advisory services across major infrastructure programmes.This role combines technical delivery with influence, embedding Human Factors into engineering, safety and operational decision making.What You’ll DoHF Technical DeliveryDeliver HF assessments across Safety Case, design and operational contextsApply qualitative and quantitative HF methods proportionatelyIntegration with Engineering & SafetyInfluence design decisions and safety arguments through HF insightSupport hazard analysis, task analysis and human reliability activitiesStakeholder EngagementWork across multidisciplinary teams and client organisationsCommunicate complex HF insights clearly to technical and non technical audiencesWhy This Role MattersHF is increasingly central to nuclear safety justification and operational performanceOpportunity to shape how HF is applied across major programmesExposure to complex, high hazard environmentsQualificationsBackground in Human Factors, ergonomics or applied psychologyExperience in nuclear or other high hazard industries (preferred)Strong understanding of HF methods and their practical applicationAbility to balance technical rigour with delivery needsAdditional InformationDiversity & InclusionWe are committed to equal treatment of candidates and foster all forms of diversity within our company.
