Supply Planner

Supply Planner | Surrey | Hybrid | £35,000 - £40,000

I'm working with a well-established FMCG business that is looking to strengthen its Supply Chain team with an experienced Supply Planner.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of the operation — working across Supply, Demand, Customer Service, Sales and manufacturing to make sure products are where they need to be, when they need to be there.

You'll be responsible for managing the supply of finished goods into the UK market, whilst balancing customer service, availability, capacity and cost.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing the end-to-end supply process with production teams

• Working closely with Customer Service, Sales and Demand Planning

• Building relationships with manufacturing sites and key stakeholders

• Supporting scenario planning, capacity planning and NPD launches

• Identifying supply pinch-points, capacity constraints and potential risks

• Developing contingency plans to protect supply

• Supporting promotional and consumer-specific activity

• Carrying out waste analysis and identifying opportunities for improvement

What they're looking for:

• Previous Supply Planning experience within FMCG

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• A proactive, analytical and solutions-focused approach

• Good IT skills and confidence working with data

• Ability to work autonomously whilst collaborating across a wider team

• Supply Chain qualification would be advantageous

• French language skills would be a bonus

The role also involves some UK travel, with potential travel to manufacturing sites in Europe.
