Working Foreman (Carpentry and/or Plumbing Background) North-West London £35,000 – £45,000 per year + Holidays Permanent | Full-Time We are currently recruiting for an experienced working foreman to join a well-established construction contractor delivering high-end residential refurbishment projects across London. This is a hands-on supervisory role (50/50 split), ideal for someone from a carpentry and/or plumbing background who is confident managing site activities while working alongside trades. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise day-to-day site operations * Work hands-on alongside the team when required * Support the Project/Construction Manager * Ensure work is completed to a high standard and on schedule * Maintain site health & safety compliance Requirements: * Minimum 6 months’ experience as a Working Foreman * Experience in high-end residential construction/refurbishment * Strong carpentry and/or plumbing background * SSSTS or SMSTS certification * Valid First Aid certificate * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Job Details: * Location: North-West London * Hours: 07:30 – 16:30 (Monday to Friday) * Start Date: ASAP * Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (DOE) * Company van and fuel provided * 20+ days holiday entitlement Apply now to join a reputable contractor working on premium residential projects
