Purchasing & Supply Chain Co-ordinator

Supply Chain Coordinator – Purchasing Halifax | Up to £38,000 | Permanent GPS Recruitment are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join a successful manufacturing business in Halifax. This role would particularly suit someone from a Purchasing / Procurement / Supply Chain background who is confident dealing with suppliers, materials and stock within a busy manufacturing environment. The Role * Ordering and expediting raw materials and components * Raising and processing purchase orders * Monitoring suppliers and delivery schedules * Managing stock levels and material availability * Resolving supplier and delivery issues * Supporting production planning and scheduling * Maintaining accurate information on ERP systems * Working closely with Production, Planning, Quality and Finance About You * Minimum 2 years' experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain or a similar role * Ideally from a manufacturing environment * Confident dealing with suppliers * ERP and MS Office experience * Strong organisation and problem-solving skills * Good numerical and communication skills Hours: 8:30am–5:00pm Mon–Thurs, 2:30pm finish Friday Salary: Circa £38,000 Interested?
