In FY25, our shared passion helped us achieve combined revenues of approximately 4bn.Our extensive direct to store (DTS) network, with 17 depots across the UK, allows us to deliver fresh and frozen food both our own and from trusted partners to thousands of stores every day, ensuring consumers enjoy the very best, whenever and wherever they shop.Role Purpose:The purpose of the Master Data Analyst role is to be responsible formanaging and curating critical master data updates, this role plays a central role in ensuring dataaccuracy, consistency, and reliability in a fast-paced environment. The role requires followingestablished Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to execute tasks within agreed SLAs and KPIs.The scope of Master Data team includes creating and maintaining Finance, Customer, Vendor,Material and Product related data domains.Key Accountabilities:1 Master Data ManagementExecute requests for creation, updates, or changes to master data in the appropriatesystemsEnsure that data updates are consistently and accurately undertaken across all relevantsystemsEngage with stakeholders as needed to gather incomplete data and ensure thatrequired fields are enteredInform requestor and key stakeholders of request status as appropriateVerify and correct master data information prior to syndication when obvious errors areidentifiedCreate emergency items and follows up, managing any escalations and exceptionsPlan mass update projects and estimate time to executeExecute mass maintenance requests as directed by MDM ManagerLiaise closely with data end users throughout the organisation as appropriateSupports business review processes as appropriateRole Accountabilities:2 Query ResolutionResolve data discrepancies, anomalies and inconsistencies reported by stakeholdersor identified during data quality checksCorrespond with MDM Manager if further escalation on queries is required3 Audit & Internal ControlSupport internal and external audits as requiredAdhere to all documented procedures, internal controls, governance and policyrequirements at all times4 Communication and Change ManagementOffer support to team members (where necessary), and actively contributes tocollaborative and high-performing team cultureIdentify continuous improvement opportunities based on role accountabilitiesCultivate effective relationships with key internal stakeholdersEngage with the MDM Manager on MDM-related updates, issues, progress, andchallengesKnowledge, Skills & Experience:Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely,whether through email, phone calls, or face-to-face interactionsProficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (e.g., MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MSExcel)Demonstrable track record of working in similar Master Data teams.Knowledge of departmental function, terminology and interrelationships for data typesPrevious experience in working with ERP systems, specifically with SAP S/4 HANA(preferred but not essential)Working knowledge of core finance processes - Order-To-Cash (O2C), Procure-To-Pay(P2P), and Record-To-Report (R2R)Ability to manage time effectively, meeting tight deadlines, prioritise and manage multipletasksAbility to identify and escalate unstructured and ad hoc issuesExcellent service delivery attitude to internal clients and suppliersComfortable in operating in a fast paced and dynamic work environment, open to change andpositively contributes to the growth and transformation of immediate team and in the wideshared services organisationFirst time right focus with appropriate attention to detail ensuring transactions are recorded accurately and in line with Greencore policy requirementsWhat you'll get in returnCompetitive salary and job-related benefitsHolidaysCompetitive matched pension contributionsLife insurance up to 4x salaryCompany share save schemeGreencore QualificationsExclusive Greencore employee discount platformAccess to a full Wellbeing Centre platformEnhanced parental leave and menopause policiesThroughout your time at Greencore, you will be supported with on the job training and development opportunities to further your career.#LI-RM1#CVL
