The Role As a Year 1 Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons across the KS1 curriculum. Establish a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom. Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching to individual needs. Support children's academic, social and emotional development. Encourage confidence, independence and enthusiasm for learning. Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to achieve positive outcomes. About You The successful Year 1 Teacher will have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Previous experience teaching within Key Stage 1. Strong classroom management and communication skills. A positive, adaptable and child-focused approach.
