PQE Level: 6-8 PQE

Our client is a mid-sized City law firm with a strong commercial real estate and energy sector offering.
Role:
Specialising in providing commercial real estate advice to clients operating within the energy sector:

• Advising investors, funders, developers, pension funds on commercial real estate transactions across the renewables/energy transition space
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Land rights

Key attractions include:

• Market leading team within the renewables/energy transition space
• Breadth and quality of work
• Excellent work/life balance- very low chargeable hour target
• Future partner prospects

Successful candidate:

• 6-8 PQE qualified solicitor in England & Wales
• Must have commercial real estate experience within the renewables/energy transition space ( likely coming from a larger firm and attracted by the progression prospects and work/life balance)
