About the role
We are currently seeking a Cook for a hospital setting in Antrim.

This is a full-time temporary position for an initial period of 3 months, with the possibility of extension.
The role offers 37.5 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7, including weekends, with shifts scheduled between 7.30am and 5.30pm.
Pay Rates: £12.75 per hour Monday to Friday £17.22 per hour on Saturdays £21.55 per hour on Sundays Main Duties: Preparing and cooking meals in line with menu plans and dietary requirements.
Ensuring high standards of food quality and compliance with hygiene, food safety, and HACCP regulations.
Receiving, storing, rotating, and serving food safely while maintaining correct food temperatures.
Monitoring stock levels, assisting with ordering, stock rotation, and minimising waste.
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen and service areas, including equipment and work surfaces.
Recording and reporting key information including temperature checks, portion control, equipment faults, and service data.
What We Need From You Hands-on experience in food preparation and cooking.
Good working knowledge of CoSHH regulations. xwzovoh
Experience working in a fast-paced catering environment.
