PROPERTY MAINTENANCE MANAGER | £30,000 TO £35,000 + BENEFITS Take real ownership of maintenance across a busy residential portfolio. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Manage maintenance requests from first report to completion * Assess repairs and appoint trusted contractors * Obtain quotes, negotiate costs and monitor works * Keep landlords and tenants updated throughout * Carry out property visits and produce clear reports * Coordinate pre-tenancy works and maintain accurate records WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Experience in property maintenance, residential property management, facilities management or a similar role * Practical knowledge of residential repairs * Strong organisation and attention to detail * Confidence dealing with tenants, landlords and contractors * A calm, proactive and solutions-focused approach * A clean UK driving licence and access to your own car PACKAGE & CULTURE * £28,000 to £35,000 depending on experience * Mileage contribution and employer pension * 20 days’ holiday plus bank holidays * Two additional Christmas leave days * Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm * Saturday morning rota once every 4 to 5 weeks, with time back in lieu * Friendly team, genuine autonomy and an immediate start available WHY THIS ROLE WILL EXCITE YOU * Own the full maintenance process * Make a visible difference to residents and landlords * Combine office coordination with regular property visits * Join a stable business where people and service still matter This is an excellent move for someone who enjoys solving practical problems, building relationships and getting things done properly.
