Lead Engineer

As the Lead Engineer, you’ll play a key role in managing maintenance delivery, supporting compliance, and leading a multi-skilled engineering team to ensure high standards across the site. The Role   As the Lead Engineer, your responsibilities will include: Leading and supporting a multi-skilled Hard FM engineering team Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance across M&E systems Ensuring statutory compliance and maintaining audit readiness Managing subcontractors and supporting service delivery standards Driving operational performance and continuous improvement across the site This is a Monday to Friday position, working 40 hours per week within a vibrant and fast-paced environment. About You   To succeed as a Lead Engineer, you will ideally have: Level 3 qualification or above in an engineering discipline Previous experience leading engineering or maintenance teams within FM environments Strong understanding of compliance and maintenance operations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A proactive and organised approach to service delivery What’s In It For You?   This company has a strong reputation within the Facilities Management sector and is known for delivering high-quality services across prestigious sites.
