Care Support Workers Night’s & Weekend’s

In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client. Day and night shifts available Flexible scheduling based on service need and your availability This is not a domiciliary care role. You will be part of a specialist team delivering one-to-one support to clients with complex needs, including spinal injuries, brain injuries, epilepsy, neurological conditions, and learning disabilities supporting clients in their own homes with: Personal care Providing short-term and ongoing cover within existing care packages, and supporting new packages when needed Day and night shifts available Flexible scheduling based on service need and your availability Up to £14 per hour, dependent on NVQ qualification You’ll also receive an additional 15.5% holiday payon every hour worked Full specialist training provided Ongoing support from your Care Manager Access to our Active Learning Hub (e-learning and in-person development opportunities) Nest Personal Pension Refer a Friend Scheme – earn up to £1,500 Support from our experienced clinical and business leadership teams
