Senior Estimator

Senior Estimator Required in ArdleighGVR Solutions are working with a well-established drylining contractor based in Ardleigh, Essex, delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across London and the South East. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Senior Estimator to join their team.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full tendering process from initial enquiry to final submission.Prepare accurate cost estimates for drylining, partitions, ceilings, and associated works.Interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules to produce competitive bids.Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.Attend pre- and post-tender meetings with clients, surveyors, and project teams.Provide value engineering and alternative solution proposals where required.Work closely with the Commercial Director to support project handovers.Requirements:Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Estimator within the drylining or interiors sector.Strong knowledge of drylining systems, SFS, MF ceilings, partitions, and associated finishes.Proven experience working on residential and commercial tenders.Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Excel.Excellent attention to detail and strong commercial acumen.Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.If you are interested in the Senior Estimator role then please get in touch today.
