Temporary Office Receptionist £16.41 per hour | Monday-Friday | Free onsite parking We are looking for a Temporary Office Receptionist to provide front-of-house and facilities support for our client in Maryhill, Glasgow for 5 weeks. You must be available to start on the 14th September and cover until the 16th October. Hours Monday-Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pm Friday: 8:30am-2:00pm £16.41 per hour Free onsite parking Duties Welcoming visitors and providing reception cover Managing meeting rooms Arranging taxis, travel and accommodation Researching hotels for conferences and staff Providing general facilities support, including tea, coffee, milk and stationery Liaising with contractors and cleaners Ordering office supplies via Amazon for both buildings Issuing security passes to staff and visitors Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office About You We're looking for someone who is professional, friendly, organised and proactive, with previous experience in reception, administration, facilities or a similar office-based role. You should be confident dealing with visitors, suppliers and staff at all levels and able to manage a variety of tasks.
