Multi Skilled Plumber

Job Title: Multi-Skilled Plumber / Multi-Trade Operative Location: North / West London Contract: Ongoing Pay: Negotiable We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Plumber / Multi-Trade Operative to carry out reactive maintenance and refurbishment works within domestic and social housing properties. Main Responsibilities * Reactive plumbing repairs * Bathroom and kitchen works * Leak detection and repairs * Tiling, painting and decorating * Carpentry and basic plastering * General multi-trade maintenance * Working within occupied properties Qualifications / Experience * Proven plumbing and multi-trade experience * Experience in domestic or social housing maintenance * Skilled in tiling, painting, carpentry and general repairs * NVQ Plumbing desirable * Full UK Driving Licence required * Good communication and customer service skills If interested, please apply with your updated CV
