We are recruiting a Junior Sous Chef to join the talented brigade at an acclaimed 2AA Rosette gastro pub in the heart of Oxfordshire, offering an excellent opportunity to develop within a highly respected and ambitious kitchen.

This beautiful village pub has earned a reputation as one of the area's leading dining destinations, combining the warmth and character of a traditional inn with an exceptional food offering centred around seasonal British produce.
The kitchen is passionate about showcasing the very best ingredients available from local farmers, growers, and producers, creating refined yet approachable dishes that have earned the property its 2AA Rosette status.

As Junior Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, helping to lead the brigade while maintaining the consistently high standards expected within a Rosette-level kitchen.
You will have experience within a quality fresh food kitchen, ideally at Rosette level, and possess a genuine passion for seasonal British cuisine.
As Junior Sous Chef you will:
Support the senior kitchen team with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Help lead and motivate the brigade during service
Assist with menu development and seasonal dish creation
Maintain exceptional standards of food quality and presentation
Train and mentor junior members of the team
Ensure excellent food hygiene and kitchen organisation
Deputise for senior chefs when required
