Job Summary

I’m working with a leading European private equity real estate investor that is looking to hire an Investment Analyst into its London investment team.
This is a genuine principal investing opportunity , working alongside an experienced team across the UK and wider European markets .
The role will provide exposure across the full investment lifecycle, including:
️ Deal sourcing and screening
️ Investment underwriting and financial modelling
️ Acquisition execution and due diligence
️ Investment Committee papers and presentations
️ Market and sector analysis
️ Portfolio and asset-level analysis
We are looking for:
️ 1–2 years' experience in private equity real estate , real estate investment banking / M&A , or a transaction-focused real estate environment
️ Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
️ Experience underwriting real estate investments
️ Excellent analytical and academic credentials
️ Strong interest in European real estate investing
️ Fluent French or German is highly desirable
This would suit an ambitious Analyst looking to move into a high-quality European PERE platform , with meaningful exposure to investment decisions and transactions across multiple asset classes and jurisdictions throughout Western Europe .
