You'll bring legal expertise, but equally important is your ability to build relationships, challenge constructively and provide practical guidance that enables the business to move forward.A role you will loveAs General Counsel, Global Plans, you'll be the senior legal leader supporting our employee share plans business and will report to the Group General Counsel. Working closely with executive leaders and business stakeholders, you'll help shape strategic direction while ensuring legal and regulatory risks are effectively managed.Success in this role is about far more than providing legal advice.  We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, commercially savvy and comfortable operating both as a legal adviser and a business partner.No two days are the same.
