This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on IT professional to take ownership of IT operations within a collaborative and ambitious environment.
The role will combine strategic planning with day-to-day management of infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems performance, and technology improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and enhance company-wide IT infrastructure, systems and security Oversee external IT suppliers and technology vendors Support business continuity, disaster recovery, and cyber resilience planning Develop IT policies and ensure compliance with industry best practices Lead technology improvement projects and digital transformation initiatives Drive adoption of automation and emerging technologies Support and train staff on IT systems and cybersecurity awareness Essential: Proven experience in an IT Manager or senior IT leadership position Strong understanding of infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity Experience managing IT projects, budgets, and third-party providers Ability to align technology with wider business objectives Experience working within a fast-paced professional services or consultancy environment advantageous Knowledge of compliance, governance, and information security standards
