We are currently seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Logistics Co-Ordinator to join our Distribution team based at our Craigavon Headquarters.

This will be a fixed-term contract for 12 months. As a Logistics Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day co-ordination and processing of customer sales orders and shipping requests. Working closely with Project Managers, Product Supply Managers, couriers, and carriers, you will ensure orders are prioritised, processed, and dispatched in line with customer requirements and agreed timelines.

A degree qualification (or equivalent level), or relevant experience in a similar role Experience in a customer-facing role within a logistics, distribution or order processing environment Experience in report generation and circulation Understanding of the export documentation requirement for shipments to countries outside the EU.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook. Background checks for this position will include 5-year employment history and AccessNI criminal record checks.
