Kitchens are fast, open and guest facing, regularly sending out thousands of bowls of pasta a day, where consistency, speed and precision are everything
What you will get up too?
Maintaining and elevating food quality and consistency at scale, protecting the groups reputation and guest expectations
Full day to day responsibility for driving kitchen operations to maintain the high standards and deliver an outstanding product at scale
Act as a brand ambassador in your kitchen, modelling a modern, people first leadership style rather than old-school back-of-house mentality
Working closely with the senior team to align food operations and commercial performance
