Contract Manager

Experienced Contracts Manager required to join leading fit our / refurbishment / new build main contractor for projects across the London / South region. The Contracts Manager will ideally come from a main contracting background with SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, with experience of managing projects from £100k up to £5m. The Contracts Manager will have had full project lifecycle experience dealing with aspects from pre construction through inception to completion. The company mainly deal with projects across residential, education, mod, student accommodation, leisure, retail and commercial so experience with these projects would be beneficial for the Contracts Manager role. For the Contracts Manager role they are looking for someone to manage a few sites will be from £100 k up to £5m and be happy to travel to cover regional areas.
