Panel Beater Pay: £35,000-£55,000 per year Job Description: Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Panel Beater to join one of our clients based in a busy and fast-paced repair environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong vehicle body repair experience who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. Working Hours: * Full-time contract * Occasional overtime available Roles & Responsibilities: * Repair damaged vehicle panels to manufacturer standards * Remove and replace damaged vehicle parts * Carry out panel alignment and body repairs * Prepare vehicles for paintwork * Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality repair standards * Collaborate with workshop staff and paint technicians * Follow health & safety procedures at all times * Maintain a clean and organised work area Production Duties: * Use hand tools and power tools relevant to vehicle body repairs * Carry out detailed repair work on damaged vehicles * Complete body preparation work ready for paint * Work to daily repair targets and changing workshop priorities * Ensure all repairs are completed accurately and efficiently Quality & Inspection: * Inspect completed repairs to ensure quality standards are met * Check repairs for imperfections, dents, scratches, and alignment issues * Report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns promptly * Maintain consistent workmanship across all repairs About You: * Proven experience as a Panel Beater or Vehicle Body Repair Technician * Strong knowledge of modern repair techniques * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment * Full UK driving licence preferred Job Types: * Full-time * Permanent Benefits: * Bereavement leave * Free parking * On-site parking Market 36 Recruitment Ltd cover a range of sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Engineering, HR & Finance & ITAD.
